It is possible the doors were added later on the Titanic from when that photo was taken. They did play around with the inboard #4 hatch window, in fact they may even have covered the foreward window also but I can't see that well. I did get my hands on that photo in IH on page 34 and I am waiting for it. Hopefully it is clear enough to see everything. There is room for the doors on the angled walls by the D shaped crane bases because the Olympic had the doors on the angled walls and I have a picture of that. Let me see what else I can dig up but my gut feeling now is that those doors were on the angled walls as the Olympic's were.
