I'm glad you brought up the issue of quality. I've used Zap brand and agree that it's got very good long term durability. I have always suspected that certain brands had better holding power than others, but never had any way to prove it. For instance, I've noticed Krazy Glue brand seems to be a "watered down" version of CA. I've always wondered if it was made that way so that ignorant consumers didn't glue their finger to their eyeball and sue them. The drug store variety just doesn't work worth a damn.
Recently, I switched to a "private label" brand that has my hobby shop's name on it. It's actually manufactured by Bob Smith Industries, and apparently, they offer bottles with blank labels that hobby shops, etc can put their own name on.
So far, I've had no problems with it, and it seems to be a high quality product. Have you had any experience with it? It's not that it's much cheaper, it's because I like the fact that you can buy extra dispenser tips when the current one clogs up (inevitably).
