David, if you look at Marschall paintings I think you will see a window placed there behind the crewmen's stairs. Try Illustrated History for starters. Also though I do ot have my reference material handy at the moment, I think the Wel's plans in Legacy indicate windows there being that these were staterooms.
I'll look around for Titanic photos that indicate these windows if I can find one. Also the Marschall painting on Inside The Titanic might show these, but again I do not have access to that book at the moment to verify.
I do have these windows installed on my 1/350. Putty in the wings though!....just in case! ;)
