Superglue works and is cheap though it gets kinda white when it dries and the fumes from it can frost nearby parts and distort small deails if its not applied very lightly.

I prefer to use various versions of Maxi-Cure Cyanoacrylate... it has many of the same drawbacks of SuperGlue though it can be lessened a lot (especially the frosting of clear parts) and comes in various drying times and bonding stength.

(also, not at all related to this site, Cyanoacylates work great for vinyl models.)
