I could be wrong, but a couple of years ago Revell released a box version of the Titanic kit model with a book and other bits and pieces. It was released in England at that time. I saw it in the Scale Models mag from England. Can't remember to much about it but the kit was just the same.
Hope this helps. I try dig out the mag it was in if no one else knows.
