Your right Bob. I have the plating plan from H&W and if indicated which portholes are on both sides or unique to one side or the other. It's a two step process. Verify the plans against the photos as best as possible, then verify the kit against the plan. The coal doors are not right to begin with. Then making a drawing showing all the fixes is a lot of work.
Yep. We need an enterprising soul. I don't need each porthole in the right place but I need to run to ground the the well decks and postholes in the white areas. Those are the big problems and make the gold stripe a problem.
