Roy,
In addition to the photos you mentioned in a previous post (Ballard's "Discovery of Titanic" on p.169), the three portholes show up quite clearly in Ken Marschall's painting of the starboard side of the aft hull wreck, which can be found near the end of the same book (in the revised, updated edition). I'm afraid I don't have the page reference handy because I'm at work right now, but I can post it later. I found the painting a big help in putting the photos from p. 169 into perspective.
One question I've got regarding Marschall's painting is that the portholes don't appear to be arranged symmetrically. If we assume that the center porthole of the three is on the ship's centerline, it appears that Ken has located the starboard porthole farther from the centerline than the port porthole. This is probably just an illusion in the painting due to the fact that the wall on which they're mounted is somewhat twisted and bent. If I understood your previous post correctly, your review of the Wood's Hole video showed that the three portholes are evenly spaced, correct?
Regards,
Greg
