On Thursdays' "Watchdog" program (UK consumer prog to those in the States) there was a statement at the end that said "All the 100 people that had written to the program complaining about the 'Titanic Tour Rip-off' would receive some sort of refund from the company that staged it! Since a "Watchdog" program reporter actually rang me to ask if they could send my E-mail complaint to Harvey Goldsmith, the show's organiser, I hope I am one of the lucky few to get some loot back!
I'll let you know how things turn out, as I have just E-mailed "Watchdog" to let them have my address.
On a different note - literally - did you manage to catch the live whistle blow on RMS Titanic's web-cast? it just sent a huge shiver down my spine, it was awesome, as though a ghost had just whispered in your ear, well, shouted actually, but you know what I mean!
