What I've done is compared some of the available colors at my hobby shop to Ken's paintings. I found a really good match. it's by pollyScale Model Railroad colors. And it's called simply, "Daylight Orange" I believe it's got the correct Hugh and what's more? All the people I"ve showed my Model to they didn't complain that I didn't drop the drops the right way. : ) It's looks fantastic and everyone loved it!
