Well, I've done some research into where we could get plans for O's camouflage, and I've drawn a complete blank. I emailed several warship/war sites for help and they either haven't answered or have given negative answers. Looks like the Admiralty will be the only place to get this info, apart from guessing from the photographs of her in her war dress.
