For those who have yet to apply the "pain in the butt" gold hull stripe, this may help out...at my hobby shop i found 3/64th's pin striping (the measurement called for in the instruction book)..the same stuff used in auto body shops..they didn't have gold, but will order it in special at no extra cost...($4.99 for 36')..they gave me about a foot of white to try...very easy to apply, and it is very forgiving if you make a mistake, just pull it off and re-apply..it does not pull up any paint from the hull...i'll post the brand name when it comes in...about 10 days to get it, as it is manufactured in western canada, and they will not order it until they have enough orders to justify the frieght charges....but to me, well worth the wait...if anyone is interested, email me and i will provide the manufacturer's name ASAP....:)
