I originally had the two put together, the glass and the frames. I spent hours on this. It seems that the gray and brown have a common color or some other kind of problem which makes the final product look like mush. In order to maintain the detail and fine lines, I found I had to separate them. Take a Evergreen strip or some other piece material with a straight edge that can be cut down and draw a fine pencil line on the walls where the windows are supposed to go. This should keep them straight. The extra work will pay off. I wouldn't have sold the decals as they originally were with the bad registration/mud that was found when mixing them together. I also think you'll find that with some or most of the windows, this process of separation, putting the gray glass by itself, causes the outer lines to feather out. When the frames are applied over the gray there should be more definition between the colors. I'm telling you, leaving the glass in the frames looked real bad.
