Deck plans are available in the boxed set of "Titanic: The Offical story", the Susan Wels 'Discovery' book, from the THS, in the book "Shipbuilder: Olympic and Titanic", and direct from the Harland & Wolff home page.
I recommend the boxed "Official store" as they're the same plans for H&W, just smaller, and you get other stuff with it.
