I would suggest carving 3 masters out of balsa wood -- one for the 30' boat, one for the 26' one, and one for the collapsible. It would be easiest to carve them with the covers in place, if you don't insist on the interior detail. Coat the masters with release agent, place them upside down in a small container, and pour rubber mold material around them. When that sets, pop the masters out of the mold. You can then make as many copies as you need using 2-part epoxy casting resin with some white tempera pigment mixed in for the color to simplify painting.
You can probably obtain all the materials I mentioned at an arts and crafts store like MJDesigns.
If you have access to a Lusitania model in 1:350 scale, you can use its lifeboats for masters
for your 30' boats since they are somewhat larger than the Minicraft Titanic lifeboats and would be about right for your slightly larger scale.
