*** I have made many effective display cases of desired custom dimesions from readily obtainable plexiglass and Balkan Birch plywood (for trim and base) which is highly attractive when finished. This has also allowed me to install lighting, backgrounds, and other add on features since those are included in the making of the cases. If you plan on having more than one display case for various model ships-Etc. they are easy to build and much cheaper in the long run. If plain no trim case is desired all one needs is a tube of aquarium or other silicone based type cement.
