Sorry for being painfully obvious, but for any novices out there, the "GOLD" mentioned in the model instruction booklet is not metallic gold, it is more of a YELLOWGOLD, about the color of FRENCH'S MUSTARD. See the TITANIC MOVIE and all the Ken Marschall paintings.
